1. Online Registration & Security Deposit

• Registration for Round 5 was open from 10 Dec to 12 Dec 2025.
• Candidates also had to pay the required security deposit within the same window to be eligible.

 2. Choice Filling Deadline

• The online choice filling and locking window opened on 12 Dec 2025 and closed on 15 Dec 2025 (till 5:00 PM).
• During this period, candidates must log in to the portal, choose their preferred dental colleges, and lock their choices to ensure proper consideration for seat allotment.

 3. Seat Allotment Announcement

• The seat allotment result will be declared on 16 December 2025.
• This result shows which college you were allotted based on your preferences and merit.

 4. Allotment Letter & Admission Reporting

• Once allotted a seat, candidates can download the allotment letter and must report for admission from 17 to 20 December 2025.
• Reporting is typically done at a designated nodal centre before proceeding to the college for final admission formalities.

Security Money & Fees

Candidates participating in counselling must deposit a security fee as part of the registration process. This fee is used to confirm your seriousness about admission and varies by college type:

• Government Dental Colleges: ₹30,000
• Private Dental Colleges: ₹1,00,000
